Credit Union Launches Paypath

Ballinasloe Credit union is uniquely placed in the mainstream of the financial environment to provide for all of your financial needs. BCU is dedicated to improving the financial service we offer our members.

We have recently introduced a new service for members: Generally known as PAYPATH. A member’s salary can now be paid directly into their BCU current account on the same day that their salary would normally hit their bank/building society account. Members can also transfer funds out of their account by direct debit to any bank/building society account in the Republic of Ireland or pay utility bills such as ESB, Gas or Phone Bills.

Is an easy and straightforward process; simply pass on the following details to your wages/ salaries department: Ballinasloe Credit Union Sort Code Number and your EFT number. (available from BCU)  

It’s that simple, your wages can now be paid into your credit union account.

Setting Up Payments From Your Current Account

Members can now transfer funds out of their current account to any other credit union account or any account in a bank or building society in the Republic of Ireland. There are two options available to members for funds transfer

Option 1         Instruct the Credit Union

Members using this option must submit a signed direct debit mandate to the credit union instructing the Credit Union to transfer funds to any other account(s) in the republic of Ireland or pay utility bills

Option 2         Cuonline

To use this facility members must register online via our website. This facility gives members the option to manage fund transfers from their credit union current account to any other account(s) in the Republic Of Ireland or pay utility bills.
